DC Councilmember Jim Graham Is A Target Of FBI Probe

In case you missed it yesterday, there is a report that CM Jim Graham has hired a defense attorney and is a target in the FBI investigation.

This comes day after the DC Council passed a new ethics law. Let's see if the DC Council will enforce its ethics laws. DC Government does not have an ethics committee, like many other legislative bodies do.
